2. Product

Digital PrestaShop modules delivered as downloadable ZIP files immediately after payment.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, which handles payments, invoicing, and VAT/sales tax. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

4. License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the module on stores you own or operate (one store per license, unless stated otherwise). You may modify the source code for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the module. Intellectual property rights remain with the Seller.

5. Support and Updates

Each purchase includes email support and free updates for 12 months from purchase date.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
